I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, complete with a fantastic open-air onsen bath in a private garden. The service was exceptional, with staff patiently assisting us and even offering a private hot spring bath experience. The location was easy to reach and near the Hakone Open Air Museum, a delightful attraction. The dining experience was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The private mineral bath in the room was a highlight, and being able to enjoy the onsen together with my partner was a fantastic experience. However, at times, the service felt a bit rushed due to the number of guests, but the gourmet Japanese meal served in a personalized manner was exquisite.
